What is this SOT certified that I see?  .... and if the certification is for 3 years and insurance is for 1 year I would see a liability to show that the person is insured each year for the three years.  Someone could get a policy and drop it after a year and companies think that the certification shows that they are insured so the companies don't bother to confirm during those three years - that is what I mean.  Hopefully, everyone would have enough integrity not to do this - but that would be naive to me - I only know the integrity of myself - but question the integrity of the general public as a whole - each day I am further saddened by it
