This same person or company sent me a full search.  I had never done work for them before so I checked on here and didn't find much.  So I checked out their supposed website and it was fake. So I talked to another friend of mine who also is a title examiner in Southern Massachusetts.  They had sent the same exact title to her 4 days before and cancelled it and then sent it too me.  I asked for a deposit and they immediately said they would re assign the order.  LOL Stay away from this company!!
