It's not that they don't see you (or us) as a professional, its that we must see them as a client. They are kissing the asses of head honchos at national and regional banks all day....give these title companies the benefit of the doubt. I worked for a nationwide title company for 6 years. It is NOT easy. And you'd be surprised with the accounting departments at these banks!
