After we outlined all that has been going on and the many abuses by terrorists, identity thieves and stalkers, he said this has got to be stopped. He agreed the only place to stop it is at the source, bulk transfer. The patchwork of laws that have been passed to exempt certain records and individuals has served no one and even harmed the ability of the title industry to access previously available documents.

Texas will be passing a large privacy bill next year and he asked me to testify before the house and sentate committees. Hopefully by this time next year no one will be able to treat the lives of Texas citizens as a commodity.
