I'm in NJ and I love doing these full commercial searches....no competition.
I get to charge high fees for my expertise and leave the easy stuff for everyone else to fight over.

Now don't get me wrong , I 'll do record owners as they come in ...I need to service my clients

For the abstractor , the full commercial deals are going to be the only thing left as search capabilities move online and  as more and more companies use the online title plants using $8 an hour clerks. At least thats the case in NJ.
