I don't think that Amy and I were duking it out - a misunderstanding just occurred and we worked it out - those things happen everyday in business.  We are also both on either side of the coin and presented facts to both - nothing wrong with that - it is how people learn about the real facts.  I think we independent abstractors have posted facts that no one thought of and we are also posting between ourselves to be prepared for everything we need to be prepared for because you like me have spent a lot of time and effort building a successful business and we want it to continue.

I don't think either one of us would turn down a vacation if offered?  You buying the airplane tickets too?  LOL   And as far as food preparation - I have very high tastes - so I hope you are a good cook!
