Kurt - She is your employee and you are monitoring her and starting slowly with responsibilities like in the office and recordings.  In time you will hand her a little more and a little more.  What I am saying is that these people that do very little say for like you are deciding after a year to go out and supposively "competently" perform title searches and other abstracting work - not going to happen.  First thing is - by law - you are to be considered an expert in your field in order to open a business - that is not happening.  The only thing that is happening is that they do not have the know how to price a job to cover all expenses and themselves much less perform a competent service.  These people are our problems because nationwide companies are not askingwhat is your background, what have you done, what education do you have - absolutely nothing - but then again with the talks with the insurors maybe it is coming back to them cuz TIAC says they dont want to insure "nationwide" research companies.
