Sorry to hear that the Underwriters in your state don't care.  Ours in NJ very much do.  And the old adage, garbage in garbage out.

How can someone overseas know the "lay of the land":?   VERY SCARY.

Again, no claims EVER - I guess in OH, they don't care about claims OR not many claims are filed in OH?

Would be interesting to know what the % ratio is on the title claims filed in OH annually and what dollar amt.to post a reply: login - or - register
