It could then be argued that in any county that is "on line", then those essential workers would not need to be physically in the courthouse.  How is the courthouse going to be able to supply the taxpayer with a certified copy of a document.  In some states, including here in Michigan, all a person would then need to say is " I'm a new title searcher".
