From personal experience here in California when Silicon Valley erupted (it was a volcano) I would say yes, they are probably already losing their jobs to India, China, Malaysia, Philippines who knows what other areas I am leaving out. I recently had a problem with our IBM computer and had to call the help line a few times, I talked to someone in Ireland, someone in Asia and I am not sure where the third person was. This has been going on for years and it is not going to stop until our government finally does something.
