I must chime in here.  I have also done work for them for about a year.  Their work is pretty basic current owners and deed reports.  They want one price to include the search and copies.  BUT, to get your work, you have to check a web site daily, sign in with your user name and password.  THEN, if you have work, you must then go to a different site and type in their order number and print out a bar code cover sheet that you will use as your fax cover page.  They have a fax system that reads the bar code to log in your searches,  Kinda cool, after you fax, you can check the site to see they have received it.  BUT, their bill got pretty high and we had them remove us from their database until they got the bill fixed.  About 3500.00.  They were very difficult to get in touch with.  I was always leaving messages until I threatened the attorney collection thing.  So it all got fixed and I had them reactivate us.  But since then, we haven't had much work from them.  Guess they weren't happy with me wanting my money.
