At this time, it is our plan to let NALTEA take over the certifications.  I think it really is something better left to a professional association than a for-profit web site (sorry, I have to laugh everytime I call this a 'FOR-PROFIT' venture).  We are hoping that everyone currently certified will join NALTEA and obtain certification throught them.

Source of Title will still indicate in the directory which members are NALTEA Certified, just like we do now for the SOT certification.  The difference is, I think the NALTEA certification will carry alot more weight and be a much more thorough certification process.

Members who are already SOT certified will continue to receive their SOT Certified indication until they join NALTEA and become NALTEA certified, or their SOT Certification expires.
