It has been a busy day so haven't put a whole lot of thought into what I am going to do. The obvious is to add 5% to our fees and let them have their 3% discount and I get every paid ever 15 days. What is tells me is that this company has the funds to pay their abstractor every 15 days, so why hold on to it for 60? Don't these people realize the better they treat people the faster and harder they will work.

What I have decided accept their terms but my own contract that requires them to give me aa 6% increase on any order I get in early and be paid every 15 days. Just kidding... I am not going to work for them. If anyone would like the contact inf please email me. jmnisonger@yahoo.com
