Need I say more.  These larger companies who hire us to do the work only want one thing, to make more money and for us little guys to do it for practically nothing.  Some days I just want to scream into the phone rather than bite my tongue and be polite.  Than again, I'm guessing that is also hormones, considering I'm due to have a baby Sept.2nd.  I don't know what I'm going to do when this little one arrives.  I've told all my clients that I'll be taking 3 weeks off.  I just don't know if they will come back or find new searchers/abstractors and forget about me!!  I'm the only one working for myself.  My husband is a farmer/rancher and doesn't have the time for new learning.  Especially after how the previous owners had left this place.  He has his own full plate of problems.
OK, thanks for letting me rant.  I feel slightly better.  Now it's off to work.
