Save your money.  The best way to learn title searching is through hands-on training, which you won't get from an on-line course.  Get some paralegal training through a trade or technical school (or your local community college) to familiarize yourself with the nuances of the legal system, then go to work for a title company or abstracting firm for a while.  You'll learn far more than any "matchbook cover" course can teach you.
