I'm in total agreement - I used to beta test various title software all over the USA.  I still prefer Title Desktop and their per file fee is much more affordable since you aren't paying huge $5000 a person seat charges.

TD average is a $45 transaction management fee when using the rest of the options they offer.

My title clients use it and I LOVE it.    Jefferey, I agree - gives us 24/7 (good, bad and ugly  LOL)
