I did not read any of the old postings about Transunion, but could you clarify which Transunion you are speaking of.  Transunion bought Atlantic Assurance & as far as difficulties, they are the offices we "still" have problems with.  Transunion out of Delaware has been a great client, pays on time, easy to work with.  There are several of our Clients that have more then one office.  Each one works independantly.  Some are wonderful clients--some aren't.  Wanda
