I totally understand your frustration and got very pushy myself. I remained sympathetic, but I'm a vendor manager and the money I owed the abstractors had already been paid out (for months) out of my own pocket (and savings account).
I'm not 100% sure where her corporate office is. I assumed Arkansas but I believe she travels (a lot) and also goes back and forth between Arkansas and Florida. Not sure where the actual order processor is.
Keep us informed about how far you're getting -- good stuff as well as bad. I know her heart is in the right place and you WILL be paid, but we've got to keep pushing for a quick resolution.
