Today they asked me again for copies of TP-s I sent
them hard copyies of ower 6 months ago. the excuse
back then was a computer problem, but now the only
response is the problem has been taken care of. Sounds
like it was a person problem after all not a computer
one, as I don't think a computer can be blamed for
losing "hard copies" that had been fedexed to them.
