They don't work in Virginia either. But I did have my employees sign a confidentiality agreement. Meaning that they must never speak of who my clients are, can't go after them if they leave me and can not contact them to get business for themselves. But if they go to another company and that place already services a client that I have, they can not mention it to their new employee or the client that they know who they are or that they worked for me.
