alan v. is a genius. i also have his demo. but havent examined it to its fullest. and the good thing about alan, is the trust thing. i truly believe alan will work with you to personalize your needs. he seems very knowlegeable in title work.and ways to expedite the process.as for me, i personally use quick books pro, but if business EVER picks up again. i'll be talking to a.v..ps...and no,this "ain't" a plug. i truly believe he's on to something. helping us organize, sort, etc.and seems to be very accomidating with tech support. major plus, (not plug) there. monica-from-maine
