Well Jay,

I just got paid from this company. My fiance did not leave the company until they cut him a check for the amount they owe us. So guess what, they sure did?

So if anyone out there want to get paid, do the following, if you are dealing with a local title company.

1. Fax and call the title company about the invoice
2. Fax them an invoice with the following terms: This an an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. If your financial institution rejects and returns your payments for any reason, a service fee-the maximun allowed by your state statutory law-may be added to your account balance.
3. Than type in when your last conversation was stating the day you will recieve payment.
4. Stop by the local title company and state that per the telephone conversation on 4/?/2004 the manager stated you were going to get paid, and you will not leave until you get pay.

It works, and you can get your money. Believe me, we did it today, and we did not leave until the title company cut us a check and we cashed it at their banking institution to make sure it was good.
