Oh my gosh! They must be notorious for this type of thing. I was doing work for them when they first
started up, they are a spin off of ATM, but at the
start-up told me they were owned by Keybank and that
I would be getting a lot of work..... you all know the
spin, so after lowering my prices and jumping through
the hoops you all know about, they stiffed me on a
very difficult foreclosure search! Many copies, lots
of time, and the excuse was "we never received it"
even though I had a confirmtion. Plus it was former
bank people running it who had never been in the title industry at all! Needless to say, I stopped doing work for them, but was never paid.
