Jay is correct... let's try to keep the conversations here on the forum civilized. It is an unmoderated format so you are free to post what you like, but I would appreciate it if we could keep it prodcutive and avoid character assassination.

We want everyone to feel free to exchange ideas and experiences, I think a few may shy away from posting their opinions if they have this kind of responses to look forward to.

It is fine to express different points of view and disagree (in fact, we encourage it), but please lets try to maintain some dignity and avoid personal attacks. I am not trying to sensor anyone, but I would consider it a personal favor, if you could help me with this one.
