Are associations a business? I know that the National Notary Association actually has a CEO. He makes mega money. They usually have a board of directors. How would this association be formed? Would it have an actually management company like say homeowners association? Are you talking to any consultants or lawyers about this? Is SOT planning to just host this or are you going to be involved in the formation? Sorry about all the questions but non of this is really very clear.
