How did the friend proceed? If he paid them that's good.....he made a profit and so did they!!!! Ya'll don't sub out work to people in your county and pay them a lower price than you? Where I am from it happens a lot and it is a symbiotic relationship and BOTH parties do well!!!
I, just like most of you want to get the highest price I can for a search...we know this business can be a feast or famine type deal...but sometimes to stay in business you have to be flexible and adapt to changing times and environments!
An old friend of mine once said about this business;
In 1 month or year you can make enough money to buy a Rolls Royce...only to have it repossed the next month or year!
I didnt say it as well or as funny as he did..but it's soooooo true of this business!
I am not a newbie I've been doing this since 1989....but WE ALL WERE NEWBIES AT ONE TIME!!!!! Remember that!
