After weighing in on all of the opinions in this forum, I have decided that my prices will go back up and I may lose some business, even though I can only name 2 companies that I charge $40 for a current owner, the other companies I do charge $75 plus $1 per copy. I think that the title companies have reduced us to trying to undercut the other. We are selling ourself short if we continue to do them dirt cheap.
