Sounds like you have been using the Docupen scanner for about the same length of time as I have been using the capshare. I have been keeping my eye out for any new technology that might emerge. So I was excited when I first saw the Docupen.

My main concern about the Docupen is the inability to view the document after scanning to verify that it has been captured correctly. Has this not been a problem?

Yes the capshare is very expensive and difficult to find but it is the only scanner that I have found that does what it does. I realize that someday these great little scanners may not be available and this is why I am looking for a replacement. If there is something out there that does as good a job or better then I want to have it before my capshares fail.
