I have over 34 years experience with all types of Title Searching throughout the State of Pennsylvania. I am currently an independent contractor and work in Erie, Crawford,Mercer,Venago, and Warren Counties in Pennsylvania. I generally charge $250.00 plus the cost of copies for commercial
real estate titles. I will furnish you with a full 60 year chain of title, title report, and any applicable attachments.
