I would like to clarify that ANS and Express Abstracting are two entirely separate companies. While we have worked with Express Abstracting in the past, there are still pending payments for around $1,000 from them for October 2024, and they have not been responding to our emails.
Regarding the single order in question, we have already explained the circumstances: the order was assigned solely for a quote request. However, you submitted a completed report without prior approval, and it was subsequently canceled by our client.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that you have worked with ANS in the past—have there ever been any unpaid invoices from us? ANS Title Solutions is known for maintaining a strong reputation for timely payments and fostering positive relationships with all our vendors nationwide. It is disappointing to see this matter being raised without justification, as we have always honored our commitments.
