I wish I could have raised my prices. I feel like I'm actually charging less than I was 10 years ago. Once these major title companies started using overseas units to do their current owner searches for $5 we've been handcuffed to charge more. I feel like our business is inflation proof; in the reverse way. 25 years in the biz and it's always a challenge to adapt and overcome.
