· LandStar Title, LLC. is a fully insured title research firm that processes Commercial searches in 30 states, AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, and WV. (Attorney Opinions provided where required by law), with Residential services being offered in Florida only.

· Outside of Florida we utilize only local, E&O insured, vendors to perform our searches which allows us to offer price-competitive searches while still maintaining the highest levels of speed, service, and most importantly, quality. All Florida searches are completed by our in-house examination team, no off-shoring.

· All of our searches, outside of Florida, are quoted on an individual basis with said fee and ETA quotes being provided within 24 hours, less in most cases. Copy costs are always charged at the county rate, we do not nickel and dime our clients with add-on charges.

· Our in-house order processing team has a wealth of experience in both managing the searches on the front-end to ensure that they go to the vendor best suited to perform them and on the back-end to ensure that each search meets our exacting quality standards.
