Hi Rebecca,

The best way that I know to market/promote your business for free on the internet (other than Source of Title) is through listings in general Internet Search engines (i.e. google.com, msn.com) or industry portals (i.e. totalrealestatesolutions.com), but you need to have a website for your company in order to take advantage of these opportunities.

For those with websites, I also recommend Google's sponsored links. You choose what search words or phrases will cause your ad to appear on google (For instance "title companies in Cass County Michigan"), and you only pay google when someone actually clicks on your link. Costs like 5 to 10 cents per click. Compare that to direct mail! and unlike direct mail, every person who clicks to your site probably actually has some interest in your services. You can set a maximum amount you want to spend per month, so if you only want to spend 10 bucks a month, no problem, at 5 cents a pop, that could still buy you up to 200 potential customers at your website in a month.

If you don't have a website and you're interested in having one, we offer web design services. Feel free to email me at slade@sourceoftitle.com, or click on the "NEW! Web Development" link on this site for more information.
