Currently a senior title examiner with FATIC. Planning to provide informational title reports (i.e. O&E) under Surface and Beyond, LLC as side gig. Use to do searches for purpose of Tax Deeds for Colson Title; however, owner had to close business.

Looking for good business opportunities.
