Very unprofessional!  They had no claim because they had never sent any orders.  I just didn't send the renewed E&O from the new  insurance company since I never received any work.  Then to be harassed by Fox Point for sending out expired E&O was insult to injury.  I told them I would never use their company and contacted Court Street to remove me from their vendor list.  Court Street still sent an e-mail this year requesting my E&O.  I've been in the business since 1996 and I don't have time for that crap.
