Source of Title Forums: Re: E and O Insurance

Unless you are in an attorney state like North Carolina. In North Carolina, most abstractors DON'T HAVE E&O, and I have been in business for 20 years now. All of my clients don't require it. An attorney certification is what is needed for all title work, not E&O.
