And, above all thank for mentioning my character "that I would never leave someone out to dry".  I am grateful that we have had such a great and long professional and personal relationship. In this business, Indeed, you are correct, this is a cutthroat business when we find a partner and friend it worth reaching out a helping hand or a kind word to support each other. One true friend in this business is so hard to find. I am lucky to have established relationships in this business that are friends whom I care about and they care about me, I have put this travesty behind me and look forward to many more years together.
