This has been my standard response to Indian companies when they ask for bids or pricing, "For security reasons and the possible violation of State and Federal law we do not provide information about US citizens to foreign companies or individuals".

Hardly any of them bother me again. I think it scares the heck out of them as they know we have laws in this country that may be applied to them.
