For those of you that are local Pennsylvania abstractors.  What is it like searching there? In the city of Philly? I may have an opportunity to be an in-house searcher there for a title company. I will be moving there if it works out.  I've been Maryland only for 23 years, so just trying to get a feel of what to expect from those of you that actually go to the court house.  I'll be in Philly and surrounding counties.
