Yes, my clients are so slow I fear some of them may go out of business.  I have a client who in 2017 sent me a handful of orders every day.  Now, I get one a week from them.  Another client sends me one a month.  I agree with Robert's explanation, and I really value the info William has been giving lately.  However, I'm sure there are a lot of abstractors out there whose home circumstances wont allow for travel.  Some have small children at home because they cant afford daycare. Some are caregivers to elderly parents who cant be left home alone.  Doing searches without having to travel enabled a lot of us to care for loved ones and still have an income. It's not always just a lazy abstractor wanting to only work from home.  But I digress.   As I've said before, it's slower than slower here.  Unless we can follow William's advice, I  believe it's time for a lot of us to look for another job.  I've seen too many abstractors hang on until they lost their home.
