We covered the whole state of MN for her for 5 years. Last year I quit due to payment issues. Always a reason or excuse for late payments, partial payments. "So-and so is out of town and they do billing, I am sick, I need to certify the check, I don't have your address, I am sick, I changed banks., I changed how we process checks, I have family issues, I sent it and it got returned...."  Endless - We did a lot of work for her and made a lot of money but with the increasing issues, I couldn't risk losing  payment on a months worth of searches. We are a small business and can't afford it. She owes us no money now and that's why I didn't post earlier. Prompt payment and relationships are part of running a business. I hope she can get it sorted out.
