I sent you the finished search, along with my invoice within hours of receiving the order... I did not give you a fee and an ETA, ... I just felt the search and invoice were enough...and...I was buried in work...Sorry, I forgot...

I did some checking and found that the people on the order got a mortgage, dated 10-27-23 and recorded in ll-23...Kind of interesting that...you had a finished search from me...and your client cancels... and the parcel owners get their mortgage..... kind of coincidental... ?

I also found it interesting that I sent you 3 invoices for that search...10--2-23, 11-2-23 and 12-15-23...I never heard a word from you..  until now........./.
