I usually complete updates without the original search if it is a good client that i trust.
the real question regarding updates for me is what to charge for when the property changes hands during the update (such as a foreclosure.) i usually just charge for the update, but sometimes there may be 3 or 4 owners during that time frame.
what do others do in this situation?
