I understand and glad you're having a good experience with them.
HOWEVER, when they fold up shop and then re-open under another name, what recourse do you have to secure debt owed to you? None. Absolutely nothing you can do because not only are they not a real company (an LLC), they are not in the United States.
Their website says "established 2010." Has anyone heard of these guys prior to this year?? They say "Proud Member American Land Title Association." Are they?
And seriously, if you go to their "get connected" link, they at least say they have a "U.S. Office", but then go on to say they are also involved in a "Once a Week weekly deodorant wipe" and a dietary supplement!
Check out googlemaps. Their U.S. Office is a house. A lot of us work out of our homes, but I would bet this is merely a place to have a U.S. phone number that automatically forwards to India.
Whether they pay or not, I don't like dealing with someone who is so adept at dancing the sidestep and obviously LYING about being a Georgia LLC. It is not a good way to establish a solid working relationship and certainly not a way to show they are trustworthy.
