Promises...Promises...Promises  I was promised a payment would be mailed to me on Nov. 3rd.  So far nothing.  I can't believe the mail is at fault.  I could drive to your office in an hour.  I honestly believe you're a good guy Scott, but my patience is wearing thin.  I believe you've made 2 payments to this year on your account for searches from 2016.  As we discussed, neither one can run our business on promises to pay.  I need to have your account cleared up by the end of the year.
