Question for title insurance experts. 

Could one property have multiple parties with the same lien position?  For instance,a property is to be bought by a family who borrows part of the money for the property from bank 1 and another part from mortgage lender 2 could both bank 1 and lender 2 hold the first lien position simultaneously?
