Only members of the Bar and courthouse employees will be permitted access to court facilities; Abstractors and non-attorneys will not be admitted.

I just spoke with a representative from the Greene County Court Administrator's office who advises that this restriction will be in place until at least Friday, April 3, 2020. Information will be updated as the situation dictates. The Recorder of Deeds' indices are available online at https://pa.uslandrecords.com/palr2/PalrApp/index.jsp, but the civil indices in the office of the Prothonotary are available in-person only.
