As of last Friday our Recorder of Deeds office is closed and staff is not there to accept filings. So nothing is being recorded.

However the Prothonotary and Register of Wills are still staffed and taking filings via mail. This leaves the search lopsided. 

Also no one is being admitted so all searching must be done online.
