Recently I've been receiving orders via email at the rate of 1 or 2 per week. The order dictates cost of search, inclusive of full copies. The email is no reply, but there's a phone number to call for questions. That number is answered by a voice mail message in which some cartoon clown effusively expresses joy at abstracting.
I replied to the no reply email and told them to stop presuming I'd work for them for essentially free.
So now they send more email orders, and immediately send a disregard email.
Who are these people, anyone know? And why would anyone work for them when they expect you to provide copies for free, essentially?
