Source of Title Forums: Abstractor Thoughts?

I was curious if abstracting was that different between states, i.e., document names, or if a searcher can search multiple states if the records are online? When I talk with the team, they make it sound like geographic searchers are not feasible. Does anyone have any thoughts?
